Return & Refund Policy

At Arvani Home Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be new and unused.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the product.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product, subject to stock availability. Please notify us within the 7-day return period.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
• Products returned after the 7-day return period.
